WHAT IS ROUNDING?

Rounding is derived from the ancient Vedantic teachings. It is an advanced technique which extends onto your Vedic Meditation practice, designed to purify the mind and body at the deepest level.

This process consists of a specific sequence of easy body poses (asana), balancing breath work (pranayama), meditation, and horizontal rest.

Much like our Meditation practice its simplicity and efficiency produces powerful results. Performing the correct progression with clear intention, we stimulate deeper rooted stresses to release and align the nervous system back into balance.

Effortless purification of the mind and body through Rounding can bring you to a greater state of happiness, clarity and peace quite quickly.
It's easy to learn regardless of your physical fitness, once you have completed a rounding class you're able to incorporate this advanced technique into your daily life for enhanced benefits.

To learn Rounding you must already practice Vedic Meditation.


ADVANCED ROUNDING DAY RETREATs

New to rounding? Our day retreat begins with an Introduction to rounding workshop / 90minute session includes rounding instruction with take-home notes & knowledge session. This then moves directly into the 2hr advanced rounding workshop.

This mini day retreat is a great way to connect with community and expand your practice. Dive, flow and let go of months of built up stress, tension & fatigue, rejuvenate your mind and body with the carefully curated day in of rounding, integration, nourishing Ayurvedic food and Knowledge.
