I believe a woman living in her truth is a powerful force.

For much of my life, I knew what it was to abandon myself. To live for relationships, for my children, for what was expected of me, while overriding the quieter voice inside that knew what was true.

Choosing myself has been one of the most rebellious and liberating acts of my life.

I don’t believe that a woman sacrificing herself is an expression of love. I don’t believe that women have to fit in one box, niche down, focus on one thing. We are dynamic beings, My children witness a mother who has needs, desires, purpose and a life that belongs to her. I want women to know the divinity and power that becomes available when we stop making ourselves smaller for the comfort of the systems and relationships around us.

My own path has been shaped by a career in the arts and over a decade of spiritual practice, motherhood, profound loss and liberation, creative expression, and an unwavering relationship with the divine.

I am a Vedic Meditation initiator, Equine Assisted Learning practitioner, Seer, supporter and innovator of Creative Intelligence.

These bodies of work found me at different times and have each carried me through life. I didn't set out to bring them together. I listened, followed, and over time they became Love Now.

My professional life has moved between the creative arts, teaching, spiritual practices and working with horses. Each discipline has shaped how I see, create, teach and hold space today.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

I have taught Vedic Meditation to hundreds of students and facilitated retreats and pilgrimages in India and Australia.

Earlier in my career, I worked across the worlds of art, fashion, music and creative production, collaborating with internationally recognised artists, cultural innovators and some of the most exciting creative minds of our time. My work took me behind the scenes of major creative projects, from fashion and editorial productions to music and contemporary art, giving me the privilege of working alongside extraordinary talent and contributing to projects with international reach.

That chapter of my life was wildly creative, unconventional and formative. It shaped my eye, my imagination and my understanding of what becomes possible when people are willing to create beyond the ordinary.

I carry that creative intelligence into everything I do today.

Together, these experiences helped form the foundation of my work across Presence, Devotion and Truth.

THE WAY I WORK

My presence is steady, feminine and deeply real, shaped by lived experience, devotion and a refusal to offer surface-level healing and creative support.

My work supports women and artists to become internally stable, spiritually connected and deeply anchored in who they are, what they’re creating and how they offer their hearts and souls to the world.

A LIFE OF MY OWN

These days, some of my most precious moments are very simple.

Being home with my children. Cooking. Drawing. Making music. Swimming in our private waterhole, Being outside with our horse, eating beautiful meals with friends, the house full of laughing smiling children playing. Moments with nowhere else to be and nothing to prove.

Peace.

Perhaps that is part of liberation too.

I believe we are born innocent. That beauty, pleasure and peace are not rewards for finally becoming good enough. They belong to us.

I want women to experience the extraordinary possibility of being alive. To trust themselves. To know their own divinity. To find the courage to choose the life that is asking to be lived.
